Our ultimate goal is customer satisfaction, and the Return Policy allows you 7 days to review your purchase. We understand there are times that your perception of the item purchased is different, when personally inspecting the item. That is usually apparent immediately upon opening the package. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, we will refund your purchase price (less shipping and restocking fee if it applies). To receive a refund, You will need to contact us first. We will provide a return address. You may want to insure the item, as we cannot be responsible for lost items. Then, return the unworn, undamaged item(s) in their original conidition within 14 days of receipt of item, and you will receive a refund minus shipping cost and restocking fees (if it applies).After 7 days from receipt of purchase, no refunds or exchanges will be issued. Should you have a concern about an item you've purchased, please contact me right away.


Note that custom handmade jewelry orders are not refundable, as we are in constant contact via email & with photos during the process of making the jewelry. Items that are damaged or worn are not refundable.
